How to Apply:

1. Preheat iron to High.
2. Place garment on a flat, hard surface.
3. Position patch adhesive-side down.
4. Cover with a thin cloth or parchment paper to avoid burning.
5. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds (do not move the iron).
6. Turn garment inside out and press the back for 15–20 seconds to secure.
7. Let cool completely before use.
   

Tips:
For heavy use, sew around edges. Wash inside out, cold, and avoid high heat drying.
